This week was a big one with 20 December marking Day 300 of my 365 Day Project! Despite the world being in the throws of pre-Christmas madness, the live music scene, albeit somewhat subdued, held its ground. Week 43 features Keggin and the mighty Spacejunk sets at Last Chance Bar, humour and Sex Falcons with DJ Purple Duck at Yah Yah's, the brilliance of Howl At The Moon at The Old Bar, Cool Sounds for Monday Night Mass at Northcote Social Club, improv gold with the Make It Up Club at Bar Open, and Reuben Stone performing amidst the madness of Christmas shopping and general mayhem of the Bourke St Mall.

Day 300: MIUC

Day 300 was spent at Bar Open for Make It Up Club with MIUC Big Band 2016 feat. Maria Moles (Percussion), Matthias Schack-Arnott (Percussion), Nat Grant (Percussion), Emily Bennett (Voice), Gem Falconer (Voice), Adam Halliwell (Electric Guitar), Matt Faisandier (Electronics), Llara Goodall (Electronics), Carey Knight (Electronics), Aviva Endean (Woodwinds) & Lloyd Honeybrook (Saxophone).
