Week 44 of my 365 Day Project features Dusty Ravens at The Retreat, Even for the Even Christmas Party at The Corner, Jurassic Nark at The Tote, soul jams at The Curtin, an epic house party in Northcote Toga Rock, Fuck The Fitzroy Doom Scene at Ding Dong Lounge, Her Majesty's Hangover at The Old Bar and Draught Dodgers for the Cherry Awards at Cherry Bar. It is now 9.30pm on New Year's Eve … time to head to a gig! All the very best for 2017 folks and thanks for your rad support over this year. You seriously rule.

Random weeks are great. They mean new music and bands I have not seen before. Week 35 fell neatly into the random basket. Personal highlights for Week 35 of The Project were Draught Dodgers at The Tote, Bitumen at The Old Bar, The Nation Blue at The Gasometer Hotel and Kill Dirty Youth at The Tote. Week 35 also includes Harry Howard and the NDE at The Curtin, Nasty Rumours sets at The Tote, Pleather Purrs at The Old Bar and Gareth Ed Lindsay at The Labour In Vain.
