Motionless Chaos

Day 294/366

Today was spent sitting on the couch hunched over the laptop, churning out copy, pulling together piles of information for grant applications and dealing with photoshoot locations going south.

Come 9pm, I'm still on the couch, hunkered over the laptop wearing the clothes I rolled out of bed in at 7am.

My bull terrier Bob stays with me, loyal … quiet.

At day 294, time is bending and weaving. It stretches in every direction while remaining perfectly still. Is there such a thing as motionless chaos? If you think that this is a bad thing, I would beg to differ. It is what it is, and I'm learning to bend and stretch with it.

10pm.

Time to get moving and shoot the days show.

This project is fantastic in more ways than I can go into while sitting on the tram writing with my phone and without my glasses!

Tonight, however, the project gives me respite from ... myself.

I'm grateful.
