Live to airs, behind the scenes, parks and gardens, stained glass ceilings and record launches. Week 51 of my 365 Day Project was amazing! From hanging out at PBS during Drive Live and catching a slew of amazing bands playing live to air for the event including Amyl And The Sniffers

29 December 2016 – 4 January 2017
December was a trip and gigs were few and far between. That being said, there was still something on each night of the week. I spent NYE with friends to catching local legends Me-Graines and the mighty Hits. Week 45 of my 365 Day Project also features White Lightening and Frankenbok gigs at Cherry Bar, Puffer in The Tote bandroom, Public High at The Old Bar, Rogue Wavs at Howler and Don Bosco in The Tote front bar. I hope you all had a great festive season and new year's eve, spending with people you like doing things you wanted to do. Happy New Year friends!

Week 41 delivers a diverse selection of live music including The Dacios at The Tote, Bad/Dreems at Howler, The Bob Gordons at Last Chance Bar, Sweet Whirl for Monday Night Mass at Northcote Social Club, Japandroids in The Tote bandroom and Devil Electric at Cherry Bar.

Week 29 of my 365 Day Project was probably the most insane week to-date. On 11 September I cracked DAY 200, then three days later I found myself in North Melbourne at 10.30 on a Wednesday night with a flat battery, the dog, no money and no way to get to a gig in time. If not for the good will of complete strangers and late starts my project would have been over. I hope you all dig this week. It is a very special one for me.

This first week features Dead Root at Bar Open, San Cisco and Kasey Chambers sets at Melbourne Zoo Twilight Sessions, Howl At The Moon at The Old Bar, The Golden Girls for Monday Night Mass at Northcote Social Club, Jaala at The Gasometer Hotel, and, High Finance and Don Bosco battle for week one of Tote'L'Rumble at The Tote.
