Stress management

There are many ways to manage stress. Mine is making. Making is a space I trust, feel safe in, and articulate that which words will never suffice. Due to the pandemic, rolling lockdowns have become a part of life. I have no idea what I am supposed to feel anymore. Stress and anxiety are prevalent. This is as perplexing as it is ridiculous. I am doing better than many. My daughter and I have a secure roof over our heads. We have food in the fridge. My son is safe and well. I also have the means to express myself through the unfathomably boundless freedom of photography. I am grateful.
