Wave wall

Titled "wave wall", the piece was created as one of many installation concepts I experimented with in preparation for making "Trust". Although I ended up choosing a different method of installation for "Trust", it was a lot of fun to make. The "wave wall" comprises a selection of 5 photograms – four of local musicians and one self-portrait – repurposed from a past project titled "Overture in F-stop". For those interested, "Overture in F-stop" was a 2021 project that aimed to visually iterate the occurrence of physical and psychological sensations (frissons) in response to the live music experience for participants and performers. The participation of the musicians significantly contributes to the project topics and themes from the position of live music creative sectors. As for the wave wall, this is its first public viewing. Photography is boundless. Live your dreams.

Zo Damage 2021/22, "Wave wall", unique gelatin silver print (photogram), gaff tape, 600x64cm (approx)
