Please choose your purchases carefully. Zo Damage does not offer refunds for any purchases made through the Website.

It is your responsibility to ensure that Zo Damage has accurate and up-to-date information about you, including your shipping address. Zo Damage shall not be responsible for any ‘lost’ or ‘missing’ parcels.

PBS member discount available in-store only. Proof of current membership is required. May not be used in conjunction with other offers.

We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter or purchase a subscription. 
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name or e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Shipping Policy

Print orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post service with a tracking number. An email with the tracking number for your order will be sent once dispatched. Prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes or flat-packed. Shipping and packaging fees apply. Insurance is not included. Conditions apply. Zo Damage does not currently offer international online purchasing. For all international purchase enquiries, contact us via the contact page of this website at https://zodamage.com/contact.

Returns policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Photographs of defective or damaged items, including packaging as received, are required in all instances and must clearly show defects and or damage as received. Zo Damage takes the greatest care in the packing and shipping your orders. For goods damaged in transport, you will need to email a photograph of the goods as received and tracking information to the shipping service provider.
