How are prints shipped?
Prints are packed in durable cardboard tubes. See below.

Tube shipping

Products shipped within Australia via Australia Post standard parcel post. Includes tracking. Insurance not included. Delivery time 3-5 working days from despatch.

Is tracking included with orders?
Yes. Tracking is included with all orders.

How will I receive the tracking number for my order?
You will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped which also includes the tracking number.

Is shipping included in the sale price?
Prices include shipping and GST for purchases (prints only) within Australia. Includes tracking. Insurance not included. 

Do you ship internationally?
International orders welcome. Selected products only. Flat rate shipping fee of AU$25 applies. Products shipped via Australia Post standard international parcel post. Includes tracking. Insurance not included. Delivery time 7-10 working days from despatch. All inquiries contact us here.

How long will it take my order to be processed?
Zo Damage photographic prints are created to order from the highest quality archival inks and paper. Allow up to three working days for photography lab processing prior to despatch.

Are the photographs original prints?
Yes. All images are created from original RAW files using the highest quality archival inks and paper. Each photograph is hand signed, titled and numbered (Ltd Editions) by the photographer. See below signed Peaches print.

What does limited edition mean?
A limited edition (Ltd Ed) print or product is related directly to the number of units that are created. Each limited edition item is hand signed and numbered by Zo Damage. Limited edition photographic prints are created with archival quality inks on archival paper.

What does open-ended edition mean?
Open-ended (OE) edition prints and products are not limited to a set number units. Open-ended edition photographic prints are hand signed by Zo Damage, and created using the highest quality archival inks on archival paper. 

What paper stock to you use?
Zo Damage uses Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl 310gsm, and, Canson Infinity Rag Photographique 310gsm to produce the highest quality archival prints. Paper stock listed with each product.

Is a framing available for purchased prints?
Framing service available. Additional charges apply. Shipping now available on framed prints. Shipped via Courier service (includes tracking/does not include insurance. Shipping fees apply. Australia ONLY. All framing inquiries contact Zo Damage here.

What frame style and size options are available?
Two frame styles (timber with smooth black finish & Australian Oak with raw finish) available as used by Zo for exhibitions. Contact us here for more information. Frames custom made in Melbourne.

How do I apply my discount code?

What products can I use my discount code on?

Can I use a discount code more than once?
Discount codes are single use per customer only unless specified otherwise. Discount applied to all eligible products in your order. 

See The Sound

Does Zo Damage have a bricks and mortar outlet or shop?
In December 2017 Zo Damage opened a pop-up shop, See The Sound, in heart of Melbourne's historic Queen Victoria Market district. Items (and prices) may differ from those listed on the Zo Damage website.

What information available about See The Sound?
See The Sound is a pop-up shop by internationally acclaimed Melbourne photographer Zo Damage. Music and art lovers alike are spoilt for choice with framed and unframed open and limited edition archival photographs showcasing Zo’s live music photography, and, original illustrative works from local artists.

Zo Damage is thrilled to announce See The Sound's new “Market Sessions” where Melbourne’s finest bands are set to wow Queen Victoria Market A-Shed Lane with live music performances.

Each month See The Sound presents the work of a guest artist along side the photography of Zo Damage. With a stunning array of original works, each guest artist hales from a background in live music. Previous guest artists include Paul Pirie (Batpiss), Jace Rogers (DEAD) and Joel Morrison (Bodies / Tankerville).
