Week 51
Day 351 – 357
9 February 2017 – 15 February 2017
Zo Damage 365 Day Project

Live to airs, behind the scenes, parks and gardens, stained glass ceilings and record launches. Week 51 of my 366 Day Project was amazing! From hanging out at PBS for Drive Live and catching a slew of amazing bands playing live to air for the event including Amyl And The Sniffers. After PBS, I headed to Friday Nights at NGV to see No Zu. Week 51 also features The Murderballs at the Brunswick Hotel, Buried Feather and Pony Face for the Buried Feather album launch at Howler, The Peep Tempel at Shimmerlands for Shadow Electric at Melbourne Uni and Dale "Boadz" Boaden at Bar 303, General Men at The Old Bar and Malcura busking in the Bourke St Mall ahead of their Evelyn gig on 17 March. On the home stretch now folks! Only one week to go until the first stage of my 366 Day Project is complete!

On 25 February 2016 Zo committed to photographing a band or more every day for a full year with her 365 Day [Live Music Photography] Project. As 2016 was a leap year Zo photographed each of the 366 days, successfully completing her unprecedented project on 24 February 2017.

Week 46
Day 316 – 322
5 January 2017 – 11 January 2017
Zo Damage 365 Day Project

December was a weird month, throwing up many challenges, both in finding gigs and personally. That being said, it's great to have life back to something that resemble normality.

Week 46 of The Project delivered across the board and features an amazing array of bands with Tyrannamen at Shimmerlands for Shadow Electric at Melbourne University and Gold Class at NGV for Friday Nights at NGV. The pubs and dive bars did not disappoint with grindcore from Shitwreck at The Brunswick Hotel, solo folk artist David Grimson at Whole Lotta Love, the amazing Gregory Page at The Old Bar and Ashley Naylor and friends at Cherry Bar. Passengers on the 86 were treated to a random acoustic guitar performance, while the final night of Week 46 found me all but stumbling into Samba Night at the Queen Victoria Night Market.
