Good manners

First introduced in the mid-1800s, large format film cameras represent a remarkable piece of technological innovation, albeit one that can be quite unforgiving. Despite my decades of experience as a photographer in the live music scene – predominantly working with DSLR and SLR kit – I have come to realise that after making my first large format images, I still have much to learn. I believe these cameras, particularly in today's digital age, provide an opportunity to pause and reflect, fostering a renewed respect for the craft. I approach this challenge with humility and enthusiasm, ready to embrace the journey ahead.
