Zo Damage 365 Day Project
Between everyday normcore stuff, the Bloom Exhibition opening and gigs this was definitely an eventful seven days. To top it all off, this is the week that sees me begin the 100 day countdown of my 365 Day Project. That's right folks. Less than 100 days to go.
Week 38 features Tash Sultana at 170 Russell for The Age Music Victoria Awards, The Crookeds at Cherry Bar, The Ocean Party for Monday Night Mass at Northcote Social, The Drones for Melbourne Music Week at Melbourne Town Hall, Nun of the Tongue in Cobra Bar at The Tote, Mt Mountain at The Old Bar, and, highlights from A Day On The Green at Mt Duneed Estate in Geelong including The Meanies, Spiderbait and Jebediah. Enjoy.
On 25 February 2016 Zo committed to photographing a band or more every day for a full year with her 365 Day [Live Music Photography] Project. As 2016 was a leap year Zo photographed each of the 366 days, successfully completing her unprecedented project on 24 February 2017.
Zo's book The Damage Report, released in August 2017, celebrates the successful completion of her 365 Day Project, offering an insightful look into live music culture from the perspective of the scene itself.
